 Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Scan QR Code & Barcode Now application ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Usage Rules and these Terms. This license is for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the App.
• Use the App to scan, create, or share codes that contain illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

3. Scanning & Generated Content

The App allows you to scan QR codes and barcodes and to generate your own QR codes. You are solely responsible for the content you scan, create, and share. We do not control or verify the content of any code and are not responsible for any links, websites, or data accessed through scanned or generated codes. Always exercise caution before opening links or acting on scanned information.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions in the future. If offered, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account, and subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your device Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and do not sell your personal data. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how your information is handled.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may enable access to third-party websites or services through scanned codes or links. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will end automatically if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
