Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using AI Reminder: Voice To Do List ("the App", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its services;
- Use the App in a way that could harm, disable, or impair it.
3. Your Content
Reminders, tasks, and notes you create in the App belong to you and are stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for the content you create. We do not access, review, or claim ownership of your content.
4. Voice Features & AI Accuracy
The App uses speech recognition and AI to convert your voice into reminders and notes. While we work hard to make this accurate, speech recognition and AI interpretation are not perfect. Recognized text, dates, or times may occasionally be incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing your reminders after creating them. An internet connection may be required for voice features to work.
5. Reminders & Notifications Disclaimer
The App delivers reminders through local notifications. Notification delivery depends on your device settings, battery optimization, Do Not Disturb / Focus modes, and system behavior, which are outside our control. Do not rely on the App as your only means of remembering critical, medical, safety-related, or time-sensitive matters. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by a missed, delayed, or failed notification.
6. Advertisements
The App may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the products and services they promote. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
7. In-App Purchases
The App may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions to unlock premium features. All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Prices are shown before purchase. Purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms and refund policies. Subscriptions, if offered, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, graphics, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services (such as speech recognition, advertising, and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
13. Changes to the App and These Terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
